Your Marriage Is on the Line. Find Your Footing.
You’re trying to save your marriage. You need a clear way forward.
I help men facing separation regain their footing, break destructive patterns, and communicate with confidence so they can work to rebuild their marriage without losing themselves.
You don’t know where you stand anymore.
Your wife has mentioned divorce.
Maybe she says she needs space, that she’s unhappy, or that she loves you but isn’t in love with you.
You’re trying to make changes, but she doesn’t seem to believe they’ll last.
You watch her mood, rehearse conversations, and wonder whether asking for affection will push her further away.
At work, you can handle responsibility and solve problems.
At home, you feel like you can’t get anything right.
You want to keep your family together.
But the uncertainty is exhausting, and trying harder hasn’t given you a clear direction.
This is where we begin.
Six months of private coaching and personal support
We work with what is actually happening in your life: the argument you keep repeating, the feelings you struggle to express, the boundary you avoid, and the fear underneath your efforts to keep her close.
Together, we identify your patterns and practice different ways of responding.
You receive honest feedback, practical tools, and accountability as you bring those changes into your daily life.
Your wife does not need to participate.
You can begin taking responsibility for your part today.
What we work on together
Find your footing under pressure.
Recognize when fear, anger, or defensiveness is taking over. Learn to pause, steady yourself, and choose a response you can respect afterward.
Change the conversations that keep going wrong.
Listen without immediately defending yourself. Express your feelings and needs clearly. Prepare for difficult discussions instead of entering them anxious and hoping for the best.
Rebuild self-respect and establish boundaries.
Understand where you silence yourself, seek approval, or agree to things you resent. Practice being honest and following through without threats or aggression.
Face the fear of being alone.
Explore what makes separation feel so frightening. Strengthen your friendships, reconnect with your own interests, and learn to turn loneliness into solitude and growth.
Make decisions you can trust.
Look honestly at what you can change and what requires willingness from both partners. Give your marriage your best effort while getting clearer about the life and relationship you want.
Support that reaches beyond our sessions
Your marriage doesn’t unfold neatly around a weekly appointment.
Our work includes support as you put what you’re learning into practice.
24 private, 60-minute coaching sessions over six months, usually held weekly.
Messaging support between sessions, with replies within one business day, Monday through Friday.
Up to two brief, 15-minute processing calls each month, scheduled around availability.
A personal action plan with focused practices and accountability.
Preparation for important conversations, including requests, boundaries, and attempts to repair.
Progress reviews and a closing 90-day plan to help you sustain what you’ve built.
You’ll have room to talk honestly, but we’ll also turn those conversations into actions you can take.
Why work with me?
I’m Matt Laskowski, founder of Vibration Elevation Coaching
Through private coaching and men’s groups, I help men look honestly at the patterns affecting their relationships and practice healthier ways of showing up.
This work is personal to me. In my own marriage, I’ve had to face the ways I avoided discomfort, became defensive, and contributed to the distance I desperately wanted to close.
I understand how hard it can be to admit you need support, especially when you’re used to being the person others depend on.
You can bring the parts you’re ashamed of, the conversations you keep replaying, and the questions you don’t feel comfortable asking anyone else. We’ll work with them honestly.
You can want to save your marriage and still stand up for yourself.
Taking responsibility means looking at your behavior and changing what needs to change.
It also means recognizing your needs, respecting your limits, and being truthful about how you’re being treated.
I cannot promise that your wife will stay or choose to rebuild.
A healthier marriage requires participation from both people.
What we can work toward is a steadier, more self-aware man who communicates clearly, acts with integrity, and trusts himself to handle what comes next.
